PS4 BLOD and it won't go to safe mode

Hi!

My PS4, if i turned it on, everything seems to be working, but it starts to pulsate Blue Light endlessly, nothing on the screen. And if I try to go to safe mode, it won’t. I’m holding power button so long, that it will just shut down and that’s it. Is there any ideas, what could cause all of it? Is it APU or power supply problem? Or something else?

I’m also adding two picture: I disassembled my PS4 and on a quick look, I saw that those areas are a bit different. On motherboard, this RI8H thing seems to be a bit burned or something brown is on top of that? Is that okay, or is it burned?

And also on a disc drive, I found that those two are a bit odd colored as well? Maybe those are the problems?

BLOD can be caused by a failing hard drive. Have you tried booting the PS4 without a hard drive installed and see if it gets to the safe mode / cannot start PS4 screen?

Tried it, still didn't get to safe mode or no "cannot start ps4" screen. Can it be HDMI or power supply problem? Or APU?

It'll be the APU in this case. What usually happens is that the APU develops bad solder joints between the logic board and APU.

This can be fixed if the APU is reflowed with a rework station reflow machine which re-melts all the solder joints under the APU fixing up any bad connections between the two.

This will require a reputable console repair store that does console board repairs in order to get this repair done, you may be able to find someone locally in your area that offers this kind of service.

Note that bad solder joints develop on PS4s usually either from overheating (too much dust in the PS4) or the console being physically dropped.
