Rattling pieces inside PS4? Identifying fallen piece?

A few weeks ago, my PlayStation had a bit of a tumble and ever since there has been a rattling inside the PlayStation when moves as if pieces had broken off. Ever since, my controllers have been acting spastically and don’t have a reliable connection to the PlayStation. I fear that that part of the PlayStation may have been damaged in the fall. One piece eventually fell out of the console and I have included pictures. It’s small, but hopefully it’ll say something about what part was damaged. It looks like it could be part of the motherboard but I don’t know much technically. Please help!
