We don’t have a proper guide for taking the logic board out. We do have a Teardown iMac Intel 27" EMC 2309 and 2374 Teardown. Here’s a vid which gets into taking the board out Pwerbook Medic - iMac 27" Repair - Removing the Fan and Logic Board. You might want to snag this as well might be a good guide. Here’s a more detailed vid on installing the new CPU How to perform a iMac CPU upgrade

As far as the CPU its self you’ll need the correct version Intel Core i7-860 Processor
