My laptop doesn’t even have an ethernet port and its showing an ethernet connection. It has been causing problems so I need this gone. Anyone have this issue before and know how to fix it?

I see a VPN device driver installed. Uninstalling the vpn software should fix the problem.

Disabling it is the farthest I can go (still didn't fix it) Removing it would require entirely reinstall my vpn software.
You can go into control panel then go network and sharing Center then go to network adapter's and see what it's called when you right click the ethernet adapter and go into properties
was this always a problem or is this something recent if so i would try using recovery setting to go back to a restore point if you are using windows 10 use the search bar and type recovery then open system restore follow the prompts and choose a date and time as far back as you can this should reset the setting back this will not effect your files

are you able to uninstall the Realtek usb gbe family controller from device manager?
if you are not using it, consider removing the drivers by checking it when you remove the device from device manager.

@connor2003 all of it looks like wireless connections, not ethernet. What model is your computer?
