My phone keeps telling me storage space is running outat less than 1%
its a version 7.1.1 my phone says that storage space is running out it is at less than 1%

Your phone’s hard drive may be packed with files, apps, and cache data, and it is running out of room to store everything. Have you tried removing some of these items on your phone to free up some space?

My father said zero my images says zero there is nothing for me to free up I have no downloads my are zero

My files are at zero my apps my downloads zero there's nothing for me to remove but it's still saying that my storage is running out ZTE
I.ve deleted everything it said too I don’t have any apps or files etc etc just use it for the phone no pics etc etc
