Controller not working properly

My dualshock 4 controller isent working properly so basically the only buttons that dont work is the analog sticks, share ,options, L1 R1 L2 R2, and the arrow buttons everything else is working like x circle square and stuff and for some reason whenever I go in ps4 to choose my user on the top left it always says cannot take screenshot I've tried resetting my controller restarting the ps4 dident work or unplugging it and for some reason whenever i press the right arrow button it goes down haven't changed any cables etc I've looked everywhere in the internet and couldn't find anything
