Here’s a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Alpha guide(s).
These guides will help you to replace the display assembly and also to inspect the charge port to determine whether it is just loose on the systemboard and can be re-soldered back on or whether it is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Replacement screens are available online. Just search for Samsung Galaxy Alpha screen to get results for suppliers.
