ps4 game doesnt show on screen when hot

so i change the hdmi port, nothing happened then i change the encoder chip and it started to show but when the game starts to heat up it doesnt show anything on the screen and doesnt wnt to go off i have to unplug the cord for the power can u help me to find the problem
