I made a new ps3 user (4/19) and now my call of duty black ops 2 disc won’t read and freezes during the intro. But if I sign in with my old user it works perfectly fine. Is this a BS update that Sony made like they did to BO1 progress saving or what? I’ve tried cleaning the disc and all that fun stuff and still nada

must be a software issue, your going to need help from playstation support

more than likely a glitch in profiles , or if they both dont have ps plus or have something thats different maybe its the issue
thank you! i don’t have PS plus i don’t wanna spend more money for games i already own
