Hello, i have 2013 MacBook Air, and can you change the screen for a screen like macbook pro 2018 has?

The retina models use a different interface iDP (eDP) vs what yours has which is LVDS. Think of it this way the difference between the older analog broadcast TV vs what we now have with digital HD TV’s.
