My screen won't turn on, but phone is on

So my phone’s screen won’t turn on, however the phone is on as it makes sound when you plug it into charge and appears on iTunes. I’ve tried force restarting it and all the basic solutions. I then took it to Apple and had the screen replaced and it fixed it for a week but then the issue reappeared. Next Apple told me to try resetting the phone and setting it up as a new iPhone, which again worked for a week then the same thing happened. Then a few days later the screen turned on after I tried a forced restart, however today the screen turned off again and a force restart no longer resolves it.

Any ideas? Apple seem stumped.
