I have tried several times to hold down the power key, along with the volume keys. A little screen appears where I have a few options. I have chosen each of them, but the phone still continues to turn on and off. I barely got this phone, brand new, a few months ago from Simple Mobile. Any help would be very much appreciated.

There are methods that can be used in order to fix your phone that is power-cycling:
1. Check your protective case
Some protective cases are a little too snug and can actually put pressure on the power key causing the phone to power off or on sporadically.
2. Make sure the battery is snug
Make sure that it’s nice and snug and that the metal leads on the phone and battery are staying connected to each other.
3. Check the batteries condition
Check the Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) on the battery and make sure that it is still white.

my keeps saying its temperature is low,it will shut down...and immediately after few seconds it goes off
@davidkanjungu93henda In most cases, both extreme heat and cold can damage the battery. Make sure your phone battery is in good condition.
The phone automatically shuts off. I can restart it but as soon as I make a selection it shuts off again. Uggghhhh!

Does it fully boot into android or just get to that startup slash screen and boot loop?
