2004 Camry sunroof is stuck in tilted position.

My sunroof is open in the tilted position. It appears the lift arm on one side has come unhooked from the pull cable so only one side of the roof will shut. How can i get the other side to close? I have already tried removing the motor and still cannot push the roof closed.
