Cause 1
Door Lock
The door lock secures the washer door shut during operation. Once the washer door is closed, the washer can begin operating. If the door lock is defective, the washer door will not latch properly. The door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically. Inspect the door lock for damage. If the door lock is damaged or does not latch properly, replace it. To determine if the door lock has failed electrically, use a multimeter to test each of the door lock switches for continuity.

Would the lock make it so it won't spin or agitate? It still will drain though
That is correct.
You have listed two different item numbers for a new lid lock. Do you know which one I need?
One is the door lock, the other the striker plate.
How do I order these parts? Every time I search these parts numbers it says not found

It is POSSIBLE that the door lock is corroded. Tyry using WD-40 to oil it. Just put an old rag on the inside of the door latch and spay the lock with WD-40. Keep pushing and releasing it until it works easily. Of course, it may be a different problem.
