Why aren't there any HVAC or Furnace maintenance guides? I don’t see any on iFixit.com

This site is mostly supported by volunteers passing out their knowledge. As such we don’t have the skills of every trade offering the guidance you seek.
If you know of someone well skilled in HVAC or Furnace repair have them help us and you!

The guides on here originate with user like yourself. They are written by people like you and I when they perform repairs etc. If you can let us know what the issues are with your AC and what specific make and model this is, we can possibly guide you further with your repair. While you perform that task take lots of pictures and create a guide https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/new That way others can benefit and we will get more guides :-)

There are some useful HVAC maintenance guides but people don't understand anything that is written there. So, they call us, HVAC technicians, because we are experts in this field and we know how to do our job. If someone here wants to check out what we actually do, you can click on this site. Some people say we have pretty easy work and we don't work as engineers or scientists so our work is like automatic work. But they are so wrong. I don't even argue with such people anymore. I just say them then why do you called me if you have an HVAC maintenance guide? And they just don't say anything.

Check for instructions on https://www.acmanuals.com/ - almost any owner's manual have maintenance and troubleshooting BTW.
