I have looked on many forums and YouTube videos, but my speakers do not work whatsoever and I have tried restarting my device and making sure do not disturb is off and that my sound setting are okay. I would find this as a hardware problem, but my headphone jack doesn’t work either. I tried multiple headphones and none of them work. The only sound that comes out is the speaker at the top when someone calls me. I would like to figure this out, Thanks!

Has your phone ever been repaired? It’s worth a shot to replace the lighting connector flex cable. This flex has the charge port, headphone jack and contact pads for the bottom speaker as well as the mic.
