Oppo BDP 103 bluray player NO DISC error

hi - no disc error on BDP103 - Oppo bluray player. if anyone did replace the laser assembly on the BDP103 or similar please share, much appreciated; also, I am only assuming that the assembly must be replaced; is there another way to test the issue? I managed to clean the laser but no results. thanks.
