The USB connector is mounted directly onto the systemboard.
As it is a SMD (surface mount device) type component, you’ll need SMD soldering skills and tools to carry out the repair. It is not a job for novice repairers.
Here’s a link to the ifixit Motorola Moto G6 スクリーンの交換 guide. It is useful as it shows how to open the phone so access to the connector is possible.
If this seems too daunting a task, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service (or two or three to get an average of what the repair should actually cost) and ask for a quote to repair the connector.
If you decide to get it professionally repaired, also check what guarantees or warranty they give on their workmanship.
