Charging port clogged with foreign material after dropped in bucket
Charging cord will not seat in port due to obstruction. What is a good cleaning solution?

Grab a toothpick and gently clean it. A q-tip with 99% alcohol works too.

Not working. The plug only inserts to the detent and will not insert further.
Is the charging port replaceable?
The port Is replaceable.
I would however use a light to check the port and make sure you have removed any foreign debris.
Wow! I found a kernel of rice packed at the bottom. The owner had stuffed the phone in a bag of rice. I used angled tweezers. The alcohol softened the rice. Thanks guys! I have spent 20+ years repairing avionics components. This is starting out pretty entertaining and educational.
