My touch screen of oppo a7 is not working

I had updated my system software from company updates but after the process,my touch screen is not at all working,but all the buttons, fingerprints and system is working normally,,except I can't swipe it to switch it off also!!!

Please help me it was a new oppo a7,just three days back I had brought it
