Optoma H31 bulb problem

I'm having trouble with my Optoma H31 projector purchased in 2006 from Visual Apex (serial no: O81G553AAAAAA1405).

The bulb light came on so I replaced the bulb, but I'm still not able to get the projector to display. It seems to cycle through a sequence when I turn it on, but then stops (see video here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ynnkY5UnzG48Be...)
