MBPr Won't Turn On

I hope find some help around Redditors who know things way better than me.

Long Short story I try to pry open my Retina Display Macbook Pro 13" from early 2015 if I'm not mistaken to make sure is it SATA / M.2 NVME SSD inside and turns out Apple put out their proprietary standards as usual.

Then I close it up, but everything back into where it suppose to be but when I try to turn it on it won't turn on like usual. After that I realize that I leave something behind ( take a look at the picture )

How do I make it works again? any kind of helps much appreciated

It’s hard to tell from your picture, I suspect you disconnected the keyboard cable. Review this IFIXIT guide MacBook Pro 13インチ Retina Display Early 2015 ロジックボードの交換 Jump down to Step 27

You also talk about checking your SSD. Did you take it out and/or install a different SSD into the system?

I think your guess is right maybe it's the Keyboard Cable that I disconnected. Actually I was planning to upgrade my SSD because it's only 128gb and needs a larger capacity but I haven't install different SSD into the system yet.

My question is does the keyboard cable related to power? because when the Magsafe connected to the MBPr it lit the power indicator.

So should I try a reverse way of instruction that you send me the link then?

Thanks for your response

Good we've isolated the problem! Yes! the power button is wired through this cable so with it disconnected your system won't turn on.

OK, here's the proper way to re-install. First you need to disconnect the battery (Hopefully you did that before).

Now get some electricians tape (black vinyl tape) cut a 1 1/2" piece and fold over one end to create a pull tab. Now stick the strip onto the insulated section of the ribbon cable. This will allow you to have better control as you slide the ribbon into the slot of the connector. Once the ribbon is squarely in and fully inserted fold the latch down (3rd image to the 2nd of Step 27). Be very careful! The latch can be easily broken!

You have three choices for a replacement SSD getting the custom Apple drive (Samsung). Or either of these third party drives: OWC or Transcend

Thanks man at least now it turns on, but there's another thing. After it turns on, unfortunately some of the keyboard won't work like ZXCVBNM<,.>?/FN CTRL ALT OPTION & COMMAND

*( Note that I'm typing this reply using another Windows Desktop with separate keyboard that's why it's working )

The Keyboard ribbon cable has somehow managed itself back into the proper place, but sadly my keyboard won't work properly now. I think the backlit has nothing to do with the Ribbon Keyboard cable because it just works fine.

My top priority for now is to make the keyboard back to normal again because after considering the difficulties changing SSD is not that hard.

Any suggestions? thanks

I think you bit off more than you can chew ;-{

Clearly the keyboard is damaged which could be the ribbon cable, the connector or the keyboard its self. All are not easy repairs.

Its time to visit a local computer repair person or Apple Store.
