Unknown large noise sound warning

Unknown noise large sound warning when i turns on washing machine. When i turns on my washing machine i heard very bad noise sound like firecrack beep sound and immediately my homesupply connection get reverse condition means current passing negative and positive both side on every socket..my every home socket pass current negative and positive at same time. All the switch off but current still passing..

So…When i turns off my homesupply to back it turns on everything working normal. Even my washing machine working normal too..

So i am so confuse what is the problem? My washing machine is faulty otherwise my homesupply is not working proper? Any overload problems?

Please help me to solve this issue
