Xbox One controller pieces

Hello, a piece of my Xbox one controller has broken. The piece that is broken is a part of the trigger that keeps it where it needs to be and keeps it pushed out like a spring I think. It’s got two little circles connected on the inside of the trigger and keeps it pushed out. When I try to use the controller, the trigger is usable but you have to manually pull the last bit out every time or the LT button stays semi pushed in and it’s like you’re slightly using LT. I can’t find the piece online to replace it and I’d like to know the name
