it is stuck on the boot logo

I have a t95 s1 with a S905W processor and it is stuck on the boot logo i don’t have computer to flash with just my android smartphone i was using an emulator for Windows on my TV box so that was like my main PC I’ve been trying to download the ROM from my phone and extract it to Root on SD card but it wont download
