So after a drop my micro and disolay start not working properly
so my question now: can i replace the screen with a new LCD and will it start working normally again?

This is your answer - this is common especially in the iPhone X. Now although there is no signs of physical damage this can be caused by excessive pressure or even a faulty screen so you need to take it to apple.

The display and front microphone are part of the same module, so assuming the connectors of the display assembly to the logic board didn’t damage in the drop, a display replacement will fix your issue most likely.
