When I turn off my head phones the lights are still on

I was charging my headphones one day and then I tried to connect them to my phone when they we’re done charging but it didn’t work. I turned off my headphones and the lights were still on but and the light on the far right started to blink, and the button the you hold to turn your button on and off, I tried to restarting my headphones but it didn’t work. I left it alone to see what will happend but the lights will just blink one by one and then die idk what to do now
