Lower portion of screen is blurred

I have replaced the screen on my Surface 4, it works and the digitiser is also working.

However the screen is blurred for the bottom 1/3 where it appears to have a double image.

Also the kit was supposed to have Tesa 61395 2mm wide but was only 1mm wide, with the 61395 code!!
