Nokia 6 Hang after showing "android Sign" logo

I had visited service center but when they connect phone with system it can not show anything in their laptop. They told me that my charging port is not work but yesterday night i transferred data from phone to laptop but after that the OS is cracked. Anyone can you help to install new OS in my phone because I’m not agree with service center answer.
