My Asus laptop starts when it's plugged per se and don't work unplugge

I've bought a brand new Asus x542u laptop 3-4 months ago and it had been working properly until last 2 weeks. I was unplugged it and tried to start and it didn't respond me back. and when I plugged the cord,it started to work without me pressing the power button. I don't know what caused it. is there any solution that I can apply by myself ? Btw I did remove the battery drivers, shut it down(unplugged it actually) and while it was dead I pressed the power button to release static electricity because the battery is built-in on it.
