Black screen when trying to use it.
I have an Amazon fire tablet and it keeps going to a black screen when I try to use it. I even tried resetting the tablet by holding the power button for 40 seconds and when it comes back on it still goes to the black screen. It well show the apps and then go to a black screen. How can I solve this problem any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
It may be a backlight problem. Take a flashlight and shine it through the back of your device. Do you see a picture?
