My iPhone restarts every minute

I Have an iPhone 5s running on iOS 12. Recently I change my iPhone’s battery as the original one was swollen. I ordered a new one and replaced the old one but after 2 months even that battery swolled and used to restart in every 2-3 minutes. One week later I dropped the iPhone breaking the screen and had to buy a new one and replaced that as well but while I was replacing that screen I kind of broke the Touch ID module even though the home button used to work fine. Now I ordered second battery and replaced it yesterday and that battery worked perfectly for 10 hours and the next morning when I was using the iPhone it started to restart every 2-3 minutes.
