Circles showing on screen
So I got a Samsung tv and I realized I have this weird circles on screen when it has a bright color, it doesn't happen when it's dark. Any help would be appreciated.

Nacho Santillán the caps that cover and diffuse the backlight LED’s are coming off. You will have to disassemble the panel to get to the backlight strips. Then either re-adhere those caps or replace the backlight strips.

I am having the same issues with my Samsung TV. I have seen several comments about this. They know it’s happening. And it seems like all of the TV’s were bought in the same year.
