My SNES Classic is not turning on anymore.

There was a spark when I was connecting it to an HDMI port on my TV. I think something in the power circuitry fried or shorted, but I’m not sure what to look for. Any advice on some kind of internal fuse which might have blown, etc.? I would rather fix this than replace it. I can do some simple soldering if I know what to replace.

Update (07/18/2019)

With the current price of these consoles skyrocketing, I’ve dug back into this, and I think I've actually found the problem component. However, it's very tiny with no markings.

I'm not sure if it's a resistor or a fuse. Testing with a meter shows it has infinite resistance. With USB power connected, the north side of the component shows voltage (with the ground probe on the - pin of the micro usb port, obviously), and the south side shows none. So, as I said, I think this is the problem. I’m wondering now how to go about finding a replacement component.
