My phone is overheating in the back and then it show my power is low. I think i have a problem on the IC (but i could be wrong). But there us no guide on how to change the IC.

there are to many different IC’s to just randomly replace those. I would suggest that you start with a new battery. That will give you a known-good starting point for further troubleshooting. You can always post some good images of your circuit board with your question (or determine exactly which IC gets hot). iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法 to post some pictures and here is a guide for the motherboard
