How can I add an adjustable layer on the screen?

Screen burns happen easily to OLED screens.

I know what might be a screen burn and I want to prevent it by adding a 1 colored layer that I can adjust.

Is there any specific app or anything else that allows me to do that?

I can't think of anything for exactly that use-case, sorry. This app here says it can test for and recondition burned-in pixels: https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...

Nothing that just sits on the spot and actively reduces the issue during normal use that I can find.

Sorry to let you down but this isn't what I'm looking for.

I'll explain it again: OLED screens get burnt easily.

I want to prevent this from happening.

I want to add a layer on a specific spot on my screen to cover something that might be a screen burn.
