my phone always heating up and when i connect to intenet or playing games ,my phone automatically shutdown

i tried that but no response, the problem still. also my phone always power off when call is coming and don't save that number

There is probably some other app running in the background. Try doing a factory reset after backing up your phone. Also, did it used to do this or is this a recent problem, that would also help diagnose the problem.
