i have a iphone 4 model number A1387 white phone i turn it on and swipe right and it tells me to put in my code . i cant remember my code so it goes to emergency calls only then if i try it more than 3 times it says wait 40 mins. what should i do

You should be able to put in in dfu mode and restore it in itunes. You will loose everything on your phone unless you backed it up though.

Your options are slim here.
The only thing you can do is restore your iPhone to it’s factory settings using iTunes. There isn’t another way to do this, unfortunately.
