iPhone 7 plus not recognized and no wifi

I got one iPhone 7 plus with unknown history that won't turn on. Phone was draining 0.0 amps so I open it , didn't see any signs of previous opening. Checked battery and charging port and with new charging port phone back to life but found other issues.

Phone can charge battery but pc can't recognize phone.

Tried different iPhone 7 plus on the same pc and all good , then tried this logic board in the housing of the good one and again “usb device not recognized”. Tried dfu and restore mode but with same outcome.

Phone can now boot but I'm stuck in activation screen , when I come to connect to wifi I can't see any network and only other way is connect phone to iTunes.

My last idea was automatic activation with different iPhone but that didn't work either , when I bring different iPhone close to this nothing happens.

Need some new ideas what to do next , usually I will try to replace tristar ic but this phone seems like have other issue.

Have you tried putting the phone close to the router to see if the issue is related to the Wifi antenna and not the Wi-Fi chip failing completely?

If the phone picks up the wifi network when close to the wireless router then the issue is most likely caused by the Wi-Fi antenna cable, may not be plugged in or damaged.

Will try that but it looks like wifi ic because if antenna is faulty it will show at least few networks with low signal.

But it could be software related couse I remember this allready happen with other iPhone and when I activated phone trough iTunes wifi was working perfectly. Problem is I can't use iTunes now or restore.
