Fuse keeps blowing dashboard an taillights

Hi I want to know were I can find the fuse relay for my 1997 nissan altima 2.5 taillights an dashboard lights because they keep blowing

It should be under the hood on the passenger side or driver aint for sure on what side but when you find them relay box what relay is controls what should be on the under side of the top but it might not, if not you going have to look at the owner’s manual
