Display Backlight not working

Few days ago my macbook pro A1708 was Stage Light Effect on Display Screen & backlight flickering. Now my Display Backlight not working.

I've plan to repair/replace the full display or only LCD screen panel.

Now my question is-

If I replace only LCD screen panel (Attach Pic 1), can it’s resolve all Stage Light Effect, backlight flickering and no Backlight problem?

OR

I replace full display (Attach Pic 2)?

OR

I replace only LVDS LED Display Flex cable (Attach Pic 3)

OR

Do you have any better solution?

Updates:

1. With External monitor my Macbook working well.

2. In dark room with high flash light, I can see my Macbook desktop’s icon.
