registry value keeping changing from 0 to 1
StorageDevicePolicies- writeProtect keep changing to 1 from 0 . everytime i plug in a usb drive.

Is this a company laptop or?
I know some company installed antivirus have policy which can change the registry o restrict some usb media writing...

0S= win 7 pro 64
no, it's not company laptop. laptop doesn't have any antivirus program. I uninstall all antivirus to make sure they are not blocking anything.

check if it is enabled at GPO or if connected to domain, it could be getting gpo settings
