Terabyte Drive installation - securing 2nd HDD in place?

Hi,

Looking through the Terabyte Drive installation guide. All looks great except for Step 22, when the new 2nd HDD is fitted. How is this drive physically secured in the case in the optical drive's old position? It looks like only one of the four screws is used to hold it. Any advice appreciated!
