The model I need repairs for, are not on your website, I believe the problem with my laptop is the female end of the power supply, when i plug in my power able, the laptop doesn’t get any power. My laptop model is PCG-71211L. It may be a battery issue, but even if it is, there charge light should turn on when i plug in my laptop.

Rida Son I’d start of by replacing the DC in power jack harness. That way you can at least rule it out or it fixes your computers issue. This video shows you how to replace the jack. Not an easy task but definitely doable. the DC in jack harness is available at many places from Amazon to Ebay for around $10USD
