Samsung UE40F6470 - No backlight

My Samsung UE40F6470 has no picture. The audio works and flashlight test shows the menu on the screen so the backlights are the culprit. Trying to determine if it is bad LED strips or the power supply.

At the connector CNL802 I have 5 incoming pairs of one blue and one black cable. 4 pairs go to the 1-4 pins (see img) and one pair is going to pin 15 & 16.

Using a multimeter I get around 160V for pairs 2-4, ~80V for pair 1 and 0V for the pair connected to the pins 15 & 16.

Any help to determine if the power supply or the LED stripes are the culprit would be appreciated.
