I have unplugged and plugged back in the TV. The tv will turn on , sound from playstation will come through and you can see the backlight of the TV is on. There is no picture though.
I have unplugged the playstation from the TV and unplugged the TV and plugged back in still the same results

try all the different video sources as well. If that does not make a difference then you most likely have an issue with the main board. Remove the back of your TV and take a look at all the boards and check for obvious damage. Reseat all the cables and try again. Post some images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法 This series had issues with the EEPROM on the main board ( repalcments need to be soldered to the board etc.)

I do no see any damage to the TV.
What do you mean by reset all cables
The individual cables that connect the board to the rest of the components.

Okay sounds like a board issue, possibly the scaler or the EEPROM. I do not have any schematics for this board and they seem to be scarce if even available. Consider trying a new board or replace the EEPROM if you know how to solder. The EEPROM could be a possibility. Do you have one more board behind the panel bracket?
No the one in the photos is the only panel board
