power good signal for the PSU
Is there and if so on wich pin a “power good” signal on the A1225 PSU ?

#1 LED ONLY indicates that the PSU is receiving trickle voltage, NOT that it is good or working.

bart koens here is the pinout for J600 and you’ll have a bit of trouble trying to figure out where to connect some external power. Yes, it does have PGood power sequencing on the board. Again it will be difficult to just applying power to the board.
I’d consider a new power supply instead.

What are the onboard diagnostic LED’s telling you?
Update (10/27/2018)
LED 1 - Indicates that the trickle voltage from the power supply is detected by the main logic board. This LED will remain ON while the iMac is connected to the AC power. The LED will remain on even when the computer has been shut down or put to sleep. The LED will turn off only if the AC power is disconnected or the power supply is faulty.
Do any of the other LED’s light: If not your logic board has a problem.

Dutch: alleen LED 1 is aan na aansluiten van de power kabel maar met de “power good” bedoel ik een signaal van het MB naar de PSU die aangeeft dat het bord power ontvangt en de PSU niet moet afsluiten ( of bestaat zoiets in apple’s niet? ) de LEDs zitten bij mij rechts van het bluetooth bordje
English: Only LED 1 is on after connecting the power cable, but with the "power good" I mean a signal from the MB to the PSU indicating that the board receives power and does not have to shut down the PSU (or does not such a thing exist in apples?) the LEDs are to my right of the bluetooth sign

Can you tell me the pinout of the power connector on the logic board and what voltages each pin expects or send back to the PSU ?
Als LED # 1 brandt, hebt u aangetoond dat het probleem zich op de printplaat bevindt en niet door de voeding.
If LED #1 is on you've proved the problem is within the logic board not the power supply.
