Motherboard MSI g31tm-p21 doesn't run

The motherboard MSI g31tm-p21 was shutting down randomly when one capacitor was blown up, then a second blew up as well and it has stopped running at all. Some of integrated circuits seem yellow after observing, for instance Nikos p1703bdg (transistor) and Nikos p2003nd5g (SMD MOSFET).

I don’t know simply where to start checking those integrated circuits, that one up on the board Nikos p2003nd5g shows ~10v on 1 and 2 legs.
