MacBook won't power on after display replecement
Hi,
I changed the display assembly from the macbook. After the replacement no image. The trackpad clicks when I power on the macbook but touch bar en green light shift does not work, no fans spinning. I can see an extern mouse is “working” when connected (red light from the mouse). 1 time the fans were running and another time I heard the charging bling (bling bling bling bling bling, … until i pressed power button). The GPU is getting hot (not extremely) when macbook is “powered on”
No visual damage to the logic board. What can be the problem and how do i fix this?

Can you tell us why you replaced the display assembly. What lead up to it and where did you get the screen?

Check for shortage on the LCD cable or ribbon damage. Use the old LCD or a new one to plug into mainboard and see if you get image displayed. Did the OS boot up prior to the screen change? Try external monitor. Possibility of shortage somewhere on mainboard due to new faulty LCD cable or PC boards.
