Phone won't charge normally
My phone won't charge unless I wrap the charger cable tightly around my phone. I can't put my charger in normally.

check your charging cord and see if the connector is bent or has some loose contacts etc. try a different charging cable. If the cable is good then the issue is with the charging port of your phone. You may need to change it by soldering a new connector to the board. Use this guide Samsung Galaxy J3 Middle Frame Bezel Replacement to get to the board. Let us know what you find.

Have you tried different chargers? If not, try another charger as it may be a problem with the charger.
